Thank you! Dallas, automotive paint and body was recommended by to me by the Lakeland Mazda dealership. They were helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of getting my 2026 mazda cx90 repaired after an accident. Kevin was extremely helpful from the very beginning explaining things that insurance couldn't explain themselves and kept us informed the entire time. And most importantly the work was done quickly and extremely well My car truly looks brand new again. Thank you again to the entire dallas automotive team, we will be in touch regarding work that we would like done to our other vehicles in the near future. ❤️

I brought my 2014 RAM pickup to Kevin as Dallas Automotive on Monday. I had previously been in and acquired an estimate for insurance purposes. Kevin, as well as the nice young lady staffing the front desk, were polite, courteous and professional. Kevin advised me that the work would take approximately three days and they called the rental car company to pick me up. I received daily texts updating me on the progress of the work and a text notification when the work was done and my truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived for pick up Kevin walked out to my truck with me and showed me the work and asked if it was satisfactory. It was so we retuned to the office, completed the paperwork and I left as a happy customer. They also took the time to do a nice detail of my truck. It was clean from front to back and the interior had been vacuumed and wiped down. Dallas automotive delivered as they promised and more. I would highly recommend them and their service to anyone in need of some bodywork after mayhem strikes… Thank you Kevin and team!

We've actually used Dallas for two separate cars in the last couple of months. Kevin and his crew were helpful, professional, and prompt. Communication was excellent, and the work seems flawless. We couldn't be happier to have our vehicles back in the condition they were before our accidents. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Bought a 2022 Mazda CX-9 and within the first week I got hit by a company Ford truck. When I looked for which Mazda certified shop was best to go to, the Mazda dealership's website suggested this place. They gave me a free estimate quote even before the other insurance company fully accepted liability. This shop even offered me solid insurance advice and broke down how the process works, which as anyone who's been in an accident before can understand how limited information is and how frustrating it could also be. After that, I returned back a month later with a check to fet my vehicle repaired. Was told it would be 9 business days. They told me that the insurance company of the driver who hit me is obligated to provide me with a rental. The repair ended up taking 12 days but the rental was extended for those additional days. Not only did my vehicle come out perfect but they took care of me beyond their obligation of business and made the entire experience golden. This shop is a shop that I truly recommend to anyone and everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 performance in every category! Even the lovely lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. T
